15+ years of building software that people rely on every day.
I still spend most of my week coding, designing, and tinkering with DevOps alongside the team,
and the rest with the people who use what we build, turning ideas into working software through frequent demos and short feedback loops.
These days I am also busy weaving AI agents and tooling into how we design, build, test, and modernise software.

Led the development teams through a large-scale system migration, the move to a microservices architecture, and the .NET MAUI release of our mobile app, while growing the team and helping developers step up into senior and lead roles.
